Based on our sustainability value we repurpose and restore the altar pieces. We love to find a happy place for them, and we value pre-sale engagement with you to make sure that you know everything about your piece before receiving. Also following the sustainability principles, we would like to optimize packaging and return, so we appreciate your collaboration with us.
Shipment will be sent with the agreed courier, after receipt of payment. We will then send you the tracking number so you can follow your purchase on its journey to its new home. The shipment may be returned within 30 days (after shipment date) after which a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be paid after inspection of the goods. Any purchase over $200 will be insured for the full purchase price and included in the shipping cost. If the customer is returning the sculpture, it must be sent back fully insured and postage paid to Altar State, 91 Balmoral Ave, Toronto, M4V1J5, Canada. Please contact us at before returning your purchase at info@altarstate.ca . Only after the return is received and the statue is in good condition will the refund be issued. For all statues being returned by freight the customer is responsible for the recrating of the sculpture. If the customer simply does not like the statue or if for some reason the customer cannot move the statue then the customer must pay the shipping to and the return fees. If there is something wrong with the sculpture then Altar State pays the return shipping fee.
