Shipping policy

We value Transparency, Mutual Respect, and Sustainability.

 Upon receipt of payment, the shipment will be sent (usually within 72 hours) with the agreed courier. The tracking number will be sent shortly after with which the shipment can be followed. The shipment may be returned within 30 days (after shipment date) after which a full refund (excluding shipping costs) will be paid after inspection of the goods. We use Canada Post and UPS for small to median sized parcels and larger/heavy items will require special packaging and the use of a  specialized freight company.
